iRedes 2015, a conference to remember

 

On April 16 and 17! 2015! the 5th Ibero-American Congress on Social Networks was held in Burgos at the Fórm Evolución in Burgos .

The day before! and as usual! a pre- event dedicated to education and connectivity was held at Isabel I University ! where we were able to enjoy the talk between Antonio Segura ! dean of the aforementioned faculty! Dolores Reig ( @dreig )! editor of “El caparazón” and winner in the individual category of this year’s iRedes awards ! Hugo Pardo ( @Hugo_pardo )! general director of Outliers School and Jose Luis Orihuela ( @jlori )! university professor ! lecturer ! writer and co-director of iRedes . The round table discussed current trends in online training and what this radical change could mean for both students and teachers .

 

I would like conference to remember  to comment on

 

some of the presentations or round tables that I liked the most and that I think may be more interesting given what was discussed in them .

Loss of relevance of the covers (greater importance of content generation and distribution ! through social networks ! blogs ! email ! organic search ! etc. ).
Content is king but distribution is queen .​
If the user does not go to the medium ! the content goes to the user .
The first medium to arrive takes it all .
